The Electronic Recycling Association

Recycling With A Difference
The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is a non-profit organization founded in 2004 with a focus on recovery, refurbishment and reuse of electronics. They continuously supply charitable groups with donated IT equipment on a nationwide and global scale! Partnerships include World Vision, Unicef, and the YWCA. The ERA believes that reuse before recycling is critical in managing the waste created by computer hardware. Because not every donation they receive can be reasonably repurposed, they have partnered with certified recycling organizations to process equipment that has reached the end of its productive life.

The ERA has recently supported many charities right here in Saskatoon such as the Elizabeth Fry Society, Moose Jaw Family Services, and Wildlife Rescue Society of Saskatchewan. Big Brothers Big Sisters is also reaping the benefits of this amazing service on an on-going basis!
